all know how important is concentration in our day to day
life's. Concentration is one aspect that if practiced correctly
will take you to unbelievable heights in your life.

Exercise
This
exercise should be done in the Evening.
Take
a clean white piece of paper and draw a thick black colored
spot (circle).
Calm
yourself down and observe the spot, after few minutes close
your eyes and imagine the same spot in your mind for 30-45
seconds.
With
each day your concentration will keep increasing.
As
time passes you will just look at the spot on the white paper
for seconds and close your eyes, you will be able to imagine
the spot.
